Label indicating the designating lifting points for forklift forks. Insert forklift forks at marked locations only.

 

Label indicating crate must be upright, contents are easily damaged, and requires gentle handling.

 

Label indicating the package must not be subjected to impact or dropping. Sudden impacts can damage internal components.

 

Label indicating standard forklift forks are not long enough; extended forks are required to prevent tipping or imbalance.

 

Shockwatch is an indicator device that changes color if the package experiences excessive impact. Provides visible evidence of mishandling.

 

Label indicating no additional items should be placed on top of the crate to prevent crushing damage, protecting structural integrity.

Label indicating that the marked areas are not a safe location to lift the equipment. labels are located in each corner on the roof of the lab.

Label warns electrical voltage is present inside the enclosure. Contact with internal components can result in serious injury or death due to electric shock.

 

Label located on drain pan cover indicating acid waste has been neutralized, but may still cause skin irritation. Wear safety glasses and gloves when servicing this component. 

Label indicating equipment operates at or contains 220 volts of electrical potential, which is considered a hazardous voltage and capable of causing serious injury or death.

Label warns that the plasma system operates at very high voltage (5000 volts), which can cause serious injury or death if proper precautions are not followed. 

  • The red lamp near the door latch indicates that the high-voltage power supply is currently energized.
  • Before performing any work inside the cabinet:
    1. Open the door to disconnect power
    2. Confirm that the red lamp turn off, indicating the high-voltage supply is no longer active
    3. Wait at least 5 minutes to allow any stored electrical energy to safely dissipate
    4. If red lamp does not turn off when opening door, shut the door and contact support.
